All potential suppliers wishing to transact business with Brand Kenya Board are required to be registered and prequalified.
The purpose of our supplier registration and prequalification process is to assist Brand Kenya Board to identify and evaluate potential suppliers who may subsequently be invited to tender for specific goods and services.
The Board wish to advise bidders who participated in the registration process for supply of goods, works and services for the financial year 2016-2018 that the registration has been completed and the results for both successful and unsuccessful bidders are as per the publication below.
The successful bidders are further advised that the registered firms will be requested to submit a quotation as need arises. Suppliers are also requested to check on their respective contacts details and confirm to the Board accordingly.
However, Section 71 of the PPOA 2015, states that the head of procurement function shall maintain and continuously update lists of registered suppliers, contractors and consultants in various specific categories of goods, works or services according to its procurement needs.
