national pride, patriotism and earns international recognition and preference.
Pursuant to this commitment, we shall:
Comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System,
customer requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Build a strong, consistent, reliable and sustainable country brand that makes Kenya a
desirable place to visit, live, work and invest in.
Ensure that the Quality Objectives are established, implemented and monitored at all
levels in the Board.
Ensure that the quality policy is communicated effectively and understood within our
