Pursuant to this commitment, we shall:

  • Comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, customer requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Build a strong, consistent, reliable and sustainable country brand that makes Kenya a desirable place to visit, live, work and invest in.
  • Ensure that the Quality Objectives are established, implemented and monitored at all levels in the Board.
  • Ensure that the quality policy is communicated effectively and understood within our organization.
  • Periodically review this policy for continued suitability
  • Continually improve the Quality Management System processes for efficiency and effectiveness.


QUALITY OBJECTIVES

  • Improve customer satisfaction from 80 to 85% (responsibility-All Departments)
  • Achieve employee satisfaction levels/rating at eighty six percent (86%) compared to 77% in prior year. (HR department objectives).
  • Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements (Details included in procurement and finance objectives)
  • To improve the image of the Brand, by sharing positive contents through social media platforms, daily (Responsible department-Communications)
  • Increase the recognition of Kenyan goods and services in the International market by ensuring that at least 10 additional companies adopt the Mark of Identity by June 30th 2016 (Responsible department Marketing )
